Noventri Presents Green Technology at the Go Green Energy Conference

Noventri will be showcasing a green technology used for digital signage, digital reader boards for hotels and digital menu boards for restaurants at the Go Green Energy Conference hosted by Congressman Roscoe Bartlett.

Smithsburg, Maryland, May 26, 2010 – Noventri will be showcasing a green digital signage technology, the Eco-Series SF-100e, at the Go Green Energy Conference, on June 7, 2010 hosted by Congressman Roscoe Bartlett in conjunction with the Frederick County Office of Economic Development and the Frederick City Department of Economic Development.

The Go Green Conference will be held at The e-ventplex at the Frederick Fairgrounds located at 797 East Patrick Street, Frederick, Maryland and will run from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The conference will share ways to save money, use less energy, and assist businesses and individuals in transitioning to domestic, cleaner and renewable energy sources.

Noventri plans to demonstrate how the SF-100e digital signage player can benefit local businesses and our environment. The SF-100e is a digital signage player designed specifically with the green aspect in mind. Besides its miniscule use of electricity, the product saves energy in the sense that it is manufactured locally, therefore eliminating the excessive use of fossil fuels for shipping.

The SF-100e is also RoHS compliant in that Noventri has avoided the use of dangerous substances commonly used in the manufacture of electronic equipment. Additionally, the small size of the player means less materials in the manufacturing process, which saves energy usage in the long run.

Noventri has also partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant a tree for each player purchased, at which time, Noventri issues a certificate to the buyer acknowledging their participation in preserving our National Forests.

“The Eco-Series SF-100e is the perfect digital signage solution for small and large businesses that are energy conscious,” says Andrew Hoffman, Vice President of Noventri. “We strive to meet the objectives of our clients by offering a solution to communicate more efficiently while maintaining the green aspect. These objectives are attainable with the Eco-Series digital signage product line and this sets us apart from everyone else.”
