You just cannot make peace with those who don’t want to make peace with us. We need to draw a line what is acceptable and unacceptable. In organizations, strong leadership and principles are required so employees know what are expected of them. These principles and expectations must be consistently communicated and executed by senior leaders and supervisors. Effective management and leadership principles cannot be negotiated!!
