PMI/OPP Federal Best Practices: What do you know?

If you are a federal employee with a role in one or more government programs, your knowledge is needed.

As a probono project, my firm is partnering with the Project Management Institute to conduct a series of studies to uncover insights into Government Best Practices.  These insights will then be shared and best practices replicated for the benefit of our nation.

Calling federal staff to take a 10-minute confidential survey on Performance Measures. Help advance the program management body of knowledge. Be the first to receive the results of the survey in November.

The first study will be on Performance Measurement. How are goals measured? How is performance data tracked? The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Future studies will cover Program Communications, Stakeholder Engagement and other topics (suggestions welcome).

Participation in the study is by invitation only.  Please nominate yourself and verify that you are a federal employee.

All participating parties’ information and responses will be kept confidential.  No names or specific program details will be released to the public unless expressed permission is provided (ie, you want to be featured in a case study).  Participants will be the first to receive the study results.

The results will also be shared on my GovLoop blog too.

Of course you are free to not participate.  But we are hoping your dedication to public service will make you want to.  Please nominate yourself now.
