They have fundamentally misunderstood the relationship that needs to develop between the public and private sectors.”
I wonder who does understand the relationship that needs to develop between public and private sectors in regards to cyber security? It’s a delicate balance between freedom, liberty, national security. I’d like to hear more from people who have ideas about what the public/private relationship should be!
