Andrea has over 12 years of experience assisting people in their job search. From college freshmen to executive level professionals, she has assisted countless people through every phase of the career development process, including those who have been laid off. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Career Advising at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Letters and Science Career Services office, she oversees all career advising functions of the office, supervises a staff of professional career counselors as well as peer advisors, provides comprehensive career counseling and designs and presents workshops. Andrea has expertise in the public and nonprofit sectors due to her experience as a recruiter for the City of Seattle and prior to that as the Director of Career Services at the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Affairs. While at the Evans School, Andrea took an interest in federal government employment, became well-versed in the Presidential Management Fellowship process and gained Katherine Troutman’s Certified Federal Career Coach credential (2008). Additionally, Andrea truly enjoys teaching and training activities. She has taught both undergraduate and graduate level courses on the topic of navigating the job search and has collaborated with groups such as Seattle Works, Boeing, and the Safeco Foundation to offer group Myers-Briggs Type Indicator workshops. Camille is passionate about helping people get jobs through training as well as providing career services. She has developed CC Career Services over the past 23 years into one of the nation’s leading personalized, full-service career centers providing exceptional personal marketing materials and career services for every step in the job search and even after the job offer. Camille’s government experience includes working for the prime contractor to the Department of Energy-Idaho (DOE-ID) for six years in various roles in Technical/Electronic Publications, Human Resources, Spent Nuclear Fuel Program (Waste Management), and the General Manager/Legal office. She was awarded a contract to provide Technical/Electronic Publication services for the prime contractor to the DOE-ID where she employed 30 multidisciplinary staff for more than 13 years.
