Anyone attending SXSW Interactive?

I just learned that I will be attending SXSW Interactive and wanted to see if anyone else has planned to attend. If so, what are you looking forward to learning and seeing? Have you been before and have something to recommend – a strategy that’s helpful to get the most out of the event? I’m hoping to learn more about ways innovation can help local government interact with citizens, particularly when it comes to disaster preparedness, what is everyone else looking to learn?
