HP Software Government Summit 21 June 2011 at Newseum

What do you think of when you read the company name HP? I instantly think of the little garage that launched a company and became a metaphor for most all American innovation (check out the HP garage here). HP has grown far beyond that little garage and is now a powerhouse provider of hardware, services and software.

HP software is a full stack of capabilities that works very well together, and many of these capabilities have been written about here before. They have grown so capable in this area it can be hard to keep up on the full range of capabilities they offer. Federal IT professionals have a great way to do that, however.

If you are a federal IT professional, attend the 21 June 2011 HP Software Government Summit at the Newseum in Washington DC. I am sure you will find this to be time well spent.

Speakers include the CTO of the FBI, the CIO of DoT, the CTO of Dept of State, and the CTO of DoT. I’ll be there as well, moderating a panel of CTOs.

More later,

Bob
