In Order to Succeed You Must Know Yourself Well

“If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got.” – Jim Rohn

How do you know if you really know a thing or not? Simple, if you live it, you know it. Otherwise, you just simply know of it.

If you are not in the career you want, making the money you want, then there has to be something that you don’t know. Because it stands to reason that if you knew it, you would be where you want to be already.

The fact is that the people who get ahead faster are those who take continue to develop and practice new skills. They are constantly learning. They know and therefore, they do. Just as money grows with compound interests, knowledge and skills do too. When you add to your reservoir of knowledge, you are getting further ahead and creating an ever wider competitive edge.

Success in the workplace is a learnable skill. You can learn to succeed at anything. It doesn’t matter where you are starting from, what matters is that you are willing to learn and put in the time. All of this learning will help to shape you as a person. When you take the time to develop you, you can have all that life has to offer. Your outer world is simply a reflection of your inner world. Like Dorothy, you always had the power. It’s always been you.
