upcoming outreach event on April 7, 2014 from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM. This virtual meeting will focus on the
Environment’s target technical architecture and is intended for a technical audience.

The April 7 session follows our December 2013 Industry Day where we discussed IAE’s architectural
principles and overall high-level architecture. A key part of that architecture is the establishment of a
Common Services platform.
As envisioned, the Common Services platform includes hosting, search, identity and access
management, data storage, data visualization, cross-domain reporting, implementation of processes
common across IAE functions, and other foundational technical components. The presentation will
detail the IAE conceptual architecture covering these components as well as the anticipated operational
changes that will allow IAE to fully leverage the flexibility and efficiencies that are enabled by this
architecture. We expect that this platform will support an agile, continuously integrated environment that
can be leveraged to deploy IAE business functionality.
