At a recent Young Government Leaders meeting, we had two people calling in by phone. Unfortunately, each phone could only support one call.
We had a problem, but we solved it. We put the phones next to each other. The people were able to talk. Solution found. Call clarity was decent plus it was worth a laugh.
This brings me to my point: available technology and an 80% solution still delivers value. You just need the creativity for deliver on-the-fly solutions…and a sense of humor.
