National Institute of Health Hosts First HR Professionals Clinic

To bring HR professionals together to solve challenges around employee engagement, recruitment and retention.

To address these challenges, Health and Human Services brought people together at its first Human Resources Professionals Clinic hosted at the National Institute of Health campus in Bethesda, Maryland. The two-day HHS HR Clinic gave HR professionals an opportunity to learn how to incorporate HHS priorities into daily HR functions, build relationships and network with other HR professionals, and discuss best practices.

The event consisted of several tracks designed to address the priorities of a 21st century workforce. They included employee engagement, federal HR management, training and development, HR systems, workforce planning, customer service, and data analysis.
