It’s impossible to avoid difficult conversations at work. How many times have you run into a conflict with a colleague? In a one-on-one meeting with your supervisor? Working as a team with your peers? Or even publicly questioned?

Join us for an in-person workshop where you’ll get to practice these sometimes painful conversations so you’re well-prepared when they happen in your workplace.

In this workshop you will:

  • Enhance your conflict management skills through interactive scenarios.
  • Handle difficult conversations and conflict in real time and discuss real solutions.
  • Obtain tips to better communicate with peers and supervisors.
  • Gain confidence and overcome a defensive nature, with practical tips to put into practice.

5:00 – 6:00: Registration & Networking Happy Hour (with drinks and appetizers)
