7/24 – Gov Insights: Innovation in State and Local Government

Whether it was the Department of Motor Vehicles, the City Council, or the Fire Department, most constituents’ last interaction with government probably involved an agency at the state or local level.

As the most frequent point of contact between citizens and governments, these agencies have a unique opportunity to make a difference in citizens’ lives. However, as they attempt to provide the highest quality service possible to their constituents, they must balance cost with innovation and modernization efforts.

Join us online on Wednesday, July 24 from 2-3 p.m. ET 11 a.m.-noon PT to hear an exciting panel discussion on how state and local governments are innovating in the areas of cybersecurity, digital services, customer experience and more.
