Feds eye operating status as more snow approaches

A federal holiday meant that most federal employees didn’t have to work on Monday, Feb. 15, but after <<a href=”http://www.federalnewsradio.com/?nid=35&sid=1887481″>http://www.federalnewsradio.com/?nid=35&sid=1887481” target=”_blank”>Friday’s horrific commute and weather forecasts calling for more snow, many feds have already grown concerned about the government’s operating status for Tuesday, Feb. 16.

The Office of Personnel Management has not announced any changes yet, but Federal News Radio is keeping a watchful eye on the operating status for listeners and readers.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for various counties in Maryland and Virginia, as well as the District of Columbia.
