Many senior leaders try to get creative ideas from employees; however, the wall between you and your employees is profoundly thick, even if you don’t think it is.
In a recent poll that we conducted, generating innovation, and creativity, was the single greatest challenge that leaders were focused on this year. It’s going to take input from many to address the specific concern.

In particular, I like the idea of casting a wide net — getting a representatives representative sample of input from a variety of people and and really listening to them.
