“Let’s not jump to conclusions” The problem with Obama’s Arab Appeasement policy

These were the memorable words that Barack Obama spoke soon after the Radical Jihadist and student of Anwar Al Awaki, Nidal Malik Hassan murdered 13 and wounded 29 other AMERICAN SERVICEMEN, shouting at the top of his lungs “Alu Akbar” or God is Great in Arabic. Despite clear signals of the rising incitement and hatred that would come from his association with Al Qaeda cleric Al Awaki, discovered immediately after the shooting, when Al Aawki praised his acts, the President of the United States did not want us to jump to conclusions.

In similar fashion, members of his administration have been going right out of their way to avoid any blemish on the Arab world that might ensue from anyone realizing that most terror attacks throughout the world are committed by Muslims. First there was Napolitano, reworking the lexicon by claiming that there were “man-made incidents” and that these were extremists while eliminating the use of the word Jihadists; then there was the site of the Attorney, Eric Holder, refusing in front of a Senate committee to state the obvious that the Time Square Bomber was a member of Radical ISLAM, that’s right say the word. Instead, he spoke of the teachings of Islam. Not to be outdone, the head of NASA Charles Bolden created a storm when he told Al Jazeera that the Prez told him before he took the job that he wanted him to “foremost, find a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science, math and engineering. And finally, the Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper told the world that the Muslim Brotherhood had morphed from an organization that wants the world run under Sharia Law into a little secular band of researchers.

This would all be unbelievable to an American public that knows full well where the terrorists are from if Barack Obama had not himself outdone all the buffoons in his administration, by stating that Israel should withdraw to the 1967 borders. With a group known as HAMAS, undoubtedly in the Obama Administration eye’s a group of Presbyterian Wedding planners claiming in every statement they have ever made that they seek the destruction of Israel, Why would a US President not say: If Hamas declares itself to be for the existence of Israel, then Israel should negotiate an end to the conflict.

But why should he; Hassan does not murder innocent Americans. Islam does not commit acts of terrorism. And I suppose Obama feels that if he bows to the Saudi’s and makes nice with the Arab world we will be delivered from the threat of Radical Islam. Fortunately, today, Benjamin Nethanyahu told Congress that militant Islam is threatening the world. To much applause he told the world that Iran would be able to put a bomb anywhere from an Israeli subway to a missile that could one day reach Washington.

“When I last stood here, I spoke of the consequences of Iran developing nuclear weapons. Now time is running out. The hinge of history may soon turn, for the greatest danger of all could soon be upon us: a militant Islamic regime armed with nuclear weapons. Militant Islam threatens the world. It threatens Islam.

Barack “let’s-not-jump-to-conclusions” Obama; I used to think he was just naïve but I realize that his policy threatens us all. So let’s finally jump to some conclusions about what we need to do.
