Should you blame on yourself or on your leader if you cannot advance your career in the organization for which you have been loyal and served with distinction? What are your barriers? What are your options? What questions should you ask within yourself and in regard to the organization itself?

You have the right talents but over the years, you have been passed over for the right career opportunities; the organization continues to fill the right positions with the wrong talents . You have become indispensable in your position, Your supervisor does recognize you with a performance award but always find a non-performance related matter to rate you on and leave a non-sense comment on your final performance appraisal year after year. You cannot trust him and you find difficulty to present your concerns to your supervisor, what should you do or must do?
