Hope you are learning some good stuff
It’s been a good reality check – we are definitely ahead of the curve here on Govloop. My sense is there’s a real mix of excitement/now what?!/deer in the headlights vibe in the room. There’s a lot of oppty for leadership. A key will be patient determination.
I think it was a good session. I hope folks learned some things, including how to plug along. Even at agencies where this stuff is still blocked or discouraged, have those “elevator speeches” ready. Social media in gov’t is inevitable. Be ready when the walls come crashing down to move ahead quickly!
