This course is intended for anyone who wants to become more effective in giving critical feedback. In three lessons, we’ll define the three types of feedback and describe the best environment in which to offer feedback. Then, we will outline how to create that environment and execute effective feedback conversations.
The content of this course was informed by Carolyn Mooney, the owner and coach of Enough. Mooney has over 14 years of experience in federal background investigations, training, leadership development, mentoring, and coaching. By combining these knowledge skills and abilities, she has become a great listener, problem solver, and guide.
