Illinois, Minnesota to see expanded broadband

Illinois and Minnesota are moving forward on expansions to their in-state broadband networks. Frontier Communications recently expanded its service offerings to several Illinois communities including eight cities in deep southern Illinois. Florida broadband projects under scrutiny
