Do you think Wave may be the new face for innovation? It seems like it is the only really artistic and collaborative tool (as a combination) that is available today, . . . and having said this, Wave isn’t really a tool; it’s a protocol for continued development and advancement of integrated intelligence, which seems to lead naturally to artificial intelligence. A lot said, Wave is an idea; it is an environment. As I say artistic, . . . this may be some of the delay with it and with the whole issue of innovation in the Government; innovation and creating a framework relies on setting stones, and pace setters – who are in themselves really artists, and they need such an environment to advance creativity and innovation.
