In particular, I think it’s critical to be clear on what you want from a mentor and to be explicit in communicating that to your mentor.

2. Register for one our FREE webinars in January to discuss practical strategies to address current organizational challenges. One subject we will discuss in how organizations are leveraging mentoring to enhance on-boarding, employee development and leadership development initiatives.

3. Nominate someone for Transformational Leadership Forum for senior executives

To address the unique challenges facing senior executives, we have scheduled our Transformational Leadership Forum for March 21, 2014. This session will provide a unique opportunity to interact with me and other C-level executives in an intimate setting on the most pressing organizational challenges. We will facilitate just-in-time mentoring with peers on subjects most relevant to senior executives.
