The 16th annual EEOC EXCEL event is a wise investment in EEO training, education and best practices. We all have a role to play in creating model workplaces and eliminating discrimination government-wide.

It’s never too late to do your part in making the government workplace a better place for everyone. EXCEL is an excellent educational opportunity to learn more about EEO laws, rules and regs, while obtaining the latest updates on EEO legal policy issues and procedural developments.

Fostering EEO and building model workplaces is key to boosting employee productivity, morale and job satisfaction — all of which Uncle Sam could use more of, especially during today’s challenging times.

I highly recommend EEOC EXCEL 2013 to all who are able to attend.

If any GovLoopers will be in attendance, would love to meet up with you. I’ll be presenting the social media session on Tuesday. See you in Denver!
