Our speaker will be Mr. Adam Strochak, a partner in the DC office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and a Matthew Bender author. His practice focuses on litigation of high stakes disputes involving financial reorganization, bankruptcy, and insolvency. He has represented clients in a wide variety of industries on environmental, insurance coverage, contract disputes, and commercial litigation matters.
