Looking for Leadership Development Activities in Regions

I have taken a new position as a regional director. I am looking for state or federal workforce development people that might be located in my program cities of Boston, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, Kansas City, Dallas and Philadelphia. My immediate need it to locate one or two day emerging leader type programs in San Francisco.
