OK, economic guru: Are there any US government agencies that do not use the USPS to mail their documents? In other words, do any agencies use private carriers, e.g. FedEx, UPS, etc for outbound mailing?
They do, sir… but you know, this is also good info for people on this site… many people like me forgot all about this rate change… if I hadn’t stumbled across this on Ebay (lol) I might have found out too late… I just bought some 2 cent stamps today.
