The Commonwealth of Australia has announced the finalists for the annual eGovernment award which promote excellence, innovation and professionalism in the use of Gov 2.0 and ICT. Excellence in eGov Awards
The Victorian Public Sector (VPS) has been short-listed in 5 out of 6 categories. This includes VPS Hub – the whole of Victorian Government social media intranet. Congratulations to Department of Justice, Department of Sustainability and Environment, Country Fire Authority and Department of Business and Innovation. In the individual awards for Government 2.0 Innovator of the Year, Maria Katsonis of Department of Premier and Cabinet is one of three finalists.
