Gen Z, Millennials Say Work-Life Balance Is Must-Have

How you do define workplace wellness? It might depend on how old you are.

A new survey by Georgetown University and Bank of America found that Gen Z and millennials (that is, people aged 24-35) are more interested in work-life balance than their older colleagues.

Asked to identify the biggest factors in their choice of an employer, 65% said paid time off and 58% said flexible work schedules.

“Young adults rated eight different paid time off and flexible work benefits among the top 10 most desired wellness benefits,” according to the study.
