How the Cloud Enables a Secure and Safe Customer Experience Made for the 21st Century

It’s in headlines everywhere: the cloud. Many agencies, large and small, are migrating workflows and email systems to the cloud, and the federal government has encouraged them to do so with mandates, memoranda and even cash incentives.

All of the flashy press makes moving to the cloud seem simple, but as agencies know, there’s a lot more that goes on behind the scenes.
