When your resume is posted on a job board it’s important that a recruiter knows you’re an active job seeker. Typically when a recruiter sees a resume is 30 or more days old, he or she assumes the job seeker is no longer available — they are no longer fresh or in the job market. And when a recruiter searches a job board the most recently uploaded or refreshed job seekers will appear first. So why not keep yourself at the top of the list?
The two ways you can enter:
1. Upload your resume. If you haven’t uploaded your resume to our site before, now is the time! Please remember all candidates must have an active or current security clearance.
2. Refresh your previously uploaded resume. To refresh, login and go to the middle of the page under “My Resume”. Next to “Last updated xx/xx/xxxx” simply click “update” and today’s date will appear.
Remember to refresh at least every 30 days. Good luck!
