Very interesting read. I believe a majority of the issues are also relevant to state/local as well.

Well, well! Excellent work Jeff. I put this out to our public sector sales force – a lot of good stuff in there. What about applicability to state/local? You see the same major issues?

This document does provide great guidance. As a local government worker, I think it would be helpful if the solutions covered government in general so we could also be protected.
