The Secret to New Year’s Resolution Success in 6 Minutes

A good many of us will create New Year’s Resolutions. We’ll do so knowing that approximately eight percent of people are successful, and believing that we will be one of the eight percent.

What if I told you I have a secret that can ensure you’re one of the successful ones? That in as little as 30 days, you could see your life transform before your very eyes? And that you could start with as little as six minutes a day?

Would you be interested in using this secret to transform your life?

Transformation is Possible

In the classic The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, author Stephen R. Covey admonishes the reader to “begin with the end in mind.”

Imagine what you want to have accomplished at the end of 2019. Maybe it’s a total “makeover” in just one or two areas, or a complete life transformation.

When you picture it, do you believe your life could be look like that 12 months from now? Is it truly possible to transform your life?

Thousands have people have done it before. You and I can too. We aren’t so special that we’re the only exception to the rule.

Transformation is possible, but…

Excuses Kill Transformation

“I don’t have time.”

“I’ve tried everything.”

“My whole family is this way.”

“There’s nothing I can do.”

I could list pages of legitimate excuses for why transformation is not possible… most of which, I’ve probably used.

The thing is, excuses don’t get results.

You know what does get results?

ACTION.

Purposeful, determined action gets results.

You Can Kill Your Excuses

Not long ago, a friend introduced me to The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed To Transform Your Life… (Before 8AM) by Hal Elrod. Turns out, this amazing individual has discovered a not-so-secret-anymore formula for creating transformational success. For anyone.

I’ve been a night owl my whole life. It’s a hereditary trait. No one could have ever imagined I would become a morning person. Least of all me.

So please don’t turn away now just because you think you’re not a morning person.

Remember earlier when I mentioned just six minutes a day?

Yes, that was a bit of a stretch. If all you ever do is six minutes a day, you likely won’t see the transformation you desire. An hour a day is better (maybe more some days), but the occasional six-minute morning ritual can still be beneficial.

“The habit is more important than the intensity, at first,” says author and neuroscience researcher John Assaraf.

What he is saying is that yes, you will need to put in significant time to make your transformation a reality, but what’s most important is to start and to build the habit.

I encourage you to START NOW by making a 30-day commitment to yourself… visit here to download your free The Miracle Morning™ 30-Day Life Transformation Challenge Fast-Start Kit.

If you can pick up the book, even better! It’s a fairly short read, and it will get you excited to begin your new practice. I borrowed a copy from my local library for free, and Kindle Unlimited users can read it free from Amazon. There’s also a Summary and Analysis of the book available through Scribd.com.

One last thing: the creator of The Miracle Morning isn’t someone special who had this secret handed to him on a silver platter. It came to him through some really tough breaks… including his femur and his pelvis in an automobile accident at age 20. As a result of the accident, he was clinically dead for several minutes, lost the love of his life, and suffered permanent brain damage. He is now a bestselling author of multiple books, international speaker, and coach.

The process works, so join now to guarantee you succeed at your resolutions.

This is such wonderful advice. I’m glad I heard this quote.
