We’re preparing for one of the biggest events we put on each year: the NextGen Government Training Virtual Summit! If you’re wondering what NextGen entails or what you can get out of this free, all-day professional development, read on for some tips that will help you get the most out of your experience.
- When and where is NextGen? Our NextGen Government Training summit is a fully virtual event, held in the spring and fall each year. Moving online has allowed us to make the summit free, more flexible, and more accessible to public servants across the country. You can register now to join us Wednesday, May 20, at 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT for our spring summit, and you’ll receive a Zoom link to tune in.
- What will I learn? We invite knowledgeable government and industry experts to share their insights on up-and-coming technology, improving constituent services, bolstering public servant skillsets, and more. You’ll walk away with actionable tips that you can implement and share with colleagues. Check out the agenda now and stay tuned for speaker announcements.
- What else will I get out of attending NextGen? You’ll get the opportunity to network with your govie peers during and in between sessions, so you can share ideas and discuss your real-world experiences. We’ll also distribute free educational resources, and you’ll have the opportunity to earn up to 5 continuing professional education (CPE) credits.
- What if I can’t attend? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Go ahead and register for the summit, and we’ll send you the recordings and slides from the presentations the next day so you can learn at your own pace.
- When will you hold the fall NextGen Gov Training Summit? Our next event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 21, and you can register for it during the May event.
