Leadership Lessons Await at the NextGen Virtual Summit

Meet the Speaker: Max Wyche, Former Senior Executive Service, Federal Government 

Max Wyche currently serves as the Director of Human Capital Business Development & Client Engagement at YRCI. In this leadership role, Max is charged with growing and guiding YRCI’s Human Capital Consulting practice, helping federal agencies strengthen their workforce strategies and implement innovative HR solutions. Max retired from the Senior Executive Service in September 2025.   

With more than 25 years of experience in federal Human Capital management, including executive roles with the Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service, Department of Army, Department of Defense.  He also served in numerous Director and leadership roles with Department of Air Force.  

Max has led large-scale HR operations and transformation initiatives for workforces of more than 100,000 employees. Max is a Presidential Rank Award recipient, who is recognized for driving organizational change, building high-performing teams, and advancing workforce modernization through innovative HR and technology solutions.  

[Opening Keynote 2] Harnessing Public Service as a Superpower 

Working in government comes with unique challenges, but it also builds incredibly valuable skills. Every day, you’re strengthening your ability to solve complex problems, collaborate across teams, and adapt to change. This keynote will help you recognize those strengths and show you how to use them to create even more impact in your current role and beyond. 

Meet the Speaker: Traci DiMartini, Chief Human Resources Officer, Delaware County, Pennsylvania 

Traci’s work emphasizes fostering workforce transformation and aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals to achieve operational excellence. 
 
In previous leadership roles at prominent federal agencies, she contributed to workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance with federal employment laws. Her commitment to equity, diversity, and data-driven decision-making has consistently empowered teams and connected employees to opportunities that maximize their potential while supporting organizational growth.
