Award-Winning Tennessee General Assembly Increases Online Transparency: How to Open Government with Streaming Media

By streaming over 60 House, Senate, and Joint committees as well as Floor Sessions per month, the agency has attracted more traffic to their Website–and they’re currently receiving an average of 4,000 hits to their media content per month.
