Choosing public service as a career takes dedication. Employees of the government make such an impact on the lives of Americans and the communities within this great country. Each federal or state and local government employee plays a vital role in addressing pressing issues. That is why we are such proud sponsors of this year’s 2009 SAMMIES.
The SAMMIES recognize government workers across America who do extraordinary work. Whether it’s the continuing effort to protect our homeland, safeguard our health, or preserves the soundness of our economy, their work directly impacts the quality of our lives.
The finalists for the awards were announced this past spring and include a great group of public servants who have made high-impact in areas such as alternative energy, physics, medical research, homelessness, the presidential transition, home foreclosure relief and more. It is quite an outstanding group!
On September 23rd, Monster Government Solutions will join the Partnership for Public Service in presenting the 2009 Service to America Medals. We will be presenting the award for Justice and Law Enforcement award this month. We are very pleased to be a part of this special day.
