Andrew, glad you asked. Business.gov, an SBA program, has just published four datasets that meet the Open Government Directive. You can find all of them on Business.gov and the first three on Data.gov.
The four datasets include:

Indeed, we’ve run into the “download only” road block several times when trying to provide quality information on business.gov. Nevertheless, it is possible to write scripts that will pull the data from an FTP site, say, reformat it and make it usable.
