(December 2, 2009) Falls Church, Virginia — During each of the Cleared Job Fairs held throughout 2009, participating security cleared job seekers were given the opportunity to vote for the nation’s top recruiting experience from a pool of employers and defense contractors seeking professionals with active security clearances. Over 5,000 job seekers in the security cleared marketplace have since selected more than 140 recruiters from government contractor companies as the best in the industry nationwide.

All the Best Recruiters of 2009 will be celebrated at a special invitation-only Best Recruiter Celebration on Thursday, December 10th at the Double Tree Hotel’s Windows over Washington restaurant in Arlington, Virginia just before that day’s Cleared Job Fair. “We want to show these recruiters how much we appreciate their efforts. It is important to us to take the time to appreciate our partners who work so hard,” says Smith.

At the Best Recruiter Celebration, ClearedJobs.Net will also be honoring Carol Cleary from Northrop Grumman IS for her contributions to the recruiting industry. “Carol has been mentor, professional colleague and advocate for the job seeker.
