Help Spread the Word to Homeland Security-ers

The National Academy of Public Administration (my org) is working with DHS to host an online dialogue, and we could use your help in spreading the word.

This year marks the inaugural Quadrennial Homeland Security Review (QHSR), and as part of this top-to-bottom review, DHS is asking stakeholders to give them feedback on the missions, goals, and objectives they’re proposing for the study. The National Academy is hosting this three-phase dialogue at www.HomelandSecurityDialogue.org, the second phase of which is beginning on August 31st.

We could use your help in passing the word around to people you think would be interested in the broad homeland security field, including people in:

* Law enforcement (police, etc.)
* Transportation
* Public health
* First response (fire, EMT, etc.)
* Immigration
* Academic study of homeland security
* Emergency management
* IT

This is a big initiative that will help shape homeland security policy for the next four years, and we’d really appreciate your help in getting the word out.

We’ve set up an event page on GovLoop, and you can also become a fan on Facebook and follow us on Twitter @QHSRDialogue.

Thanks!
