I’m currently reading Thinking for a Living by Thomas H. Davenport. Excellent book for those who want to improve their work environment and their own productivity. Focus is on where processes and knowledge meet.

The book is available both in hard copy and on CD. I was listening to the CD during my commute and found it had so much good info that I borrowed the hardcopy to take notes from.
