I love that patience is part of the tips! It’s so true that change is not quick, or easy, and a lot of tinkering is involved to change your behavior. But that doesn’t meant you aren’t seeing small, incremental changes in productivity and getting 1% better!

You are absolutely right on that. There were so many bright young folks out there who did not want to be in college at all; but they’re very intelligent. I promote anyone to encourage people with no college background to join the program. Very good thinking!
