      Love this, Fran! I agree entirely with the networking piece- I can’t seem to understand why people go as far as to AVOID networking altogether. It can be awkward or uncomfortable at times, but the benefits far outweigh the negatives in expanding your professional network and engaging with folks you haven’t met before. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
