    Thanks for sharing this info, all very good points! Two things I’ve learned as a mentor is 1) to have clear expectations up front, mentee and mentor should discuss what they want to get out of the relationship, and 2) not only setup your schedule but have a system for missed meetings.     Nice article. Government will only break out of its own stigma when innovation becomes a part of the improvement process. Those trying to come up with innovative ideas face a big challenge but there are opportunities for huge changes that the next generation will play a big part in… if they can stay the course.
