Recently Roanoke County approved (and released to the general public) it’s very own Social Media Policy (posted at MuniGov2.0). The policy has just been featured on the Alliance for Innovation’s home page at http://www.transformgov.org/.
The federal government has managed to (at least temporarily) misplace more laptops, according to the Energy Department’s internal watchdogs. An inventory review at California’s Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory turned up missing laptops and other office equipment, stemming mostly from last year’s dismissal of more than 2,000 employees.
